- Your phone number
- The property address you want evaluated (street, city, state, zip)
- The service you're requesting
- Any notes you choose to share about the property or your concerns
We also collect basic technical information your browser sends automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. We use this only to keep the site secure and running well. We do not collect payment information through the website.
How we use your information
- Confirm your appointment and send calendar invitations and reminders
- Prepare for and perform the service you requested
- Deliver verbal or written reports of our findings
- Contact you if we have questions before or after the appointment
- Send follow-up correspondence about your appointment
We do not use your information for marketing purposes without your consent. We do not sell your information.
Who we share information with
- Calendly: handles appointment booking and receives the information you submit through the booking form (calendly.com/privacy).
- Microsoft: bookings are written to a Microsoft 365 (Outlook) calendar (privacy.microsoft.com).
- Zippopotam.us: the website looks up the general geographic location of the zip code you enter to confirm you're in our service area. Only the zip code is sent.
- Inspectorly: the website manages project information, reports and invoicing (inspectorly.com/privacy).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
How long we keep your information
We keep booking and project records for the period reasonably necessary to serve you and to meet our professional and legal recordkeeping obligations as a licensed engineering firm. You may ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing questions@prairieriverengineering.com, subject to our obligation to retain professional records.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. No system is perfectly secure, but we work with reputable service providers and follow standard practices for a small professional services firm.
